Ok you say, well this is not exactly a loft…but it does have a double-height (15’) period (18c) ballroom that is 47’ by 23’ (1100 sq ft), so I think it qualifies.

The building was formerly the site of the old Repton Boys’ Boxing Club. The ballroom contains original architectural features and opens into a neo-Gothic chapel (18c; 12’ by 29’; 350 sq ft) with lancet windows and Gothic vaulted ceiling.

The space was converted to domestic use in 1999 and incorporates contemporary architect designed elements, including kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine. There are wood floors throughout and a large bathroom with glass brick wall, faux 19th century claw-foot bath and shower with etched glass.

Entrance dimensions for the space is 45” by 79.” There is no lift. Domestic electrical amperage (250 amps, 10 circuits).

Nearest tube is Bethnal Green on the Central Line.

Parking for one vehicle may be arranged.
