Located in Central London, adjacent to King's Cross Station, this an architecturally designed "Manhattan-Style" warehouse loft conversion that offers panoramic views of an industrial landscape.

This fourth floor flat is 2800 sq ft (311 sq m) and has been divided into both open-plan areas and rooms. It has a number of interesting features which include: brick and glass block walls, industrial concrete ceilings (height, 10-12 feet) and beams, hardwood and stone floors, and a 60 foot terrace that has access to the rooms facing east.

There are three open-plan reception areas ("living," "formal dinning" and "family"), two offices (both with extensive glass block walls), a den/study (with gas fire), a bedroom, a designer kitchen, and two ultra-modern bathrooms (one cement & glass, the other limestone).

The triple aspect views from the double-glazed, floor-to-ceiling windows include: passenger trains arriving and departing from King's Cross Station, the spires of St. Pancras Station, the last of the listed Victorian gas holders and the BT Tower. The flat is very bright and benefits from spectacular sunrises and sunsets. There is also considerable "designer" furniture in place. The "common space" in the building as been finished in a sleek industrial look.

The area offers excellent transportation links (underground, buses, Thameslink and main line trains), and a nearby parking lot that has in the past accommodated many production vehicles. Also, there is sufficient on-street parking immediately adjacent to the building to provide space for catering, generator and any other necessary lorries (with the proper parking permits from Islington Council).

There is an elevator and ramp access into the building through the garage to facilitate bringing in equipment, as well as some temporary internal storage in the owner's car parking space. The flat can also provide use of computer, fax and xerox facilities for production staff.
