Loft 14 is located 400 yards from Tower Bridge and
is a four-minute walk from Bermondsey underground station on the
new Jubilee Line. The studio additionally has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
large open-plan kitchen, dressing room, darkroom, study, and a fire
escape/terrace.
A large viewing gallery overlooks the main studio
area. The large red discs and white muslin blinds shown in the central
seating area in some of the photos can be removed and/or raised
and lowered.
The studio benefits from exceptional natural light,
as there are 30 large windows that illuminate the main studio space.
Each window is controlled with an individual aluminium venetian
blind.
The floors throughout are Maple hardwood and there
is an electrical hoist to lift equipment up to the third floor.
The studio is equipped with dual voltage circuits throughout (220/110
volts) and all main lighting is on dimmers.
There is a private car park secured with electric
gates (one space provided for use) and the loft is fully alarmed
and monitored.
